I have nothing against the military, and they may be just training, but im not. I dont have time to sit and wait, and be detained all for nothing. They have military bases, go there and do this, dont impede me and my family. I may not comply, i can get real testy.

Those two soldier's are idiots! I know them both. When those stupid hippies started asking questions they should have told them to contact the PAO. This is why lower enlisted soldier's should not speak to the media with out the proper consent from higher! They don't know what they are saying. That was a simple traffic control mission. No LEO powers. I beleave it was for Riverfest. We are the reason you hippies can be! You would have been killed in other countries for that slander! your welcome!

The Bottom line is we will always obey a Lawful Order. We took an Oath to the Constitution. When natural disasters hit and the Governor calls the ARNG up.. we are their to help. We do NOT make arrests.. that is done by civilian LE. We aid civilian LE. Dont get the two confused. Any strange reason for a ARNG member to make an "Arrest" would be under the same powers you would have and that is of a "Citizens Arrest" and that would be very unwelcomed by the NG members chain of command.
