  • @professormuro If you listen to Professor Rosenberg, he does not claim those examples are cases of judicial review, but instead they are examples of the great power the Supreme Court holds. .

    All the videos are great stuff. However, I did have an objection within the first minute of this particular clip. The premise is that judicial review is the power (:13) to strike down the acts of the other branches. However, the examples of Court cases to demonstrate the premise were not examples of the judiciary striking down the other branches. It made sound like an academic point, but it is an important distinction. JReview is not used today as envisioned by Marshall in Barron.
