During the Promotion Period, create one (1) video no longer than two (2) minutes in length that explains why you are America's biggest Huddle House fan (the "Video"). Once you have created the Video, create or login to your YouTube (the "Account"). Creating an Account is free. Once logged into your Account, follow the links and instructions to upload and post the Video to your Account. Copy the URL to the Video you posted to your Account and paste the URL in an email with the subject line "I Love Huddle House Contest - Submission." The body of the email should include your first and last name, a valid home mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted), date of birth, telephone number and the URL that links to the Video you uploaded (the "Submission"). Send the Submission to social@huddlehouse.com to receive one (1) entry into the Contest and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Submissions must be received by June 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. ET to be considered for any prize. By uploading your Video and emailing your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the Guidelines and Restrictions) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
