The game is called Irisu Syndrome, a japanese-only freeware puzzle game that's hard as fuck; not to mention creepy beyond all else. I'll found it easily on Google, but you may want to also get the english patch so you can read what's going on.

@SomecallmeJohnny Its not japanese only, they recently made an English patch for the game so its not all in japanese anymore.

I was trying to forget about the creepiness of this game until Johnny's favoriting of this showed up in my bulletin.

Ah, but that doesn't change the fact this is a pretty great song.
