Murder for Medals: Army kills 3 in Kashmir?

In the Kashmir valley, a missing person's report lead to the Jammu and Kashmir police exhuming bodies till then believed to be of terrorists killed by the army. Protests have broken out in north Kashmir since the news spread that the bodies were of locals. The Indian army is desperate to fight off another accusation of human rights violation.
