Andrew Carroll performs civil disobedience by holding some marijuana in his hand on Railroad Square in Keene NH. Andrew, who has never smoked marijuana, successfully demonstrated that although he didn't hurt anybody, the state will arrest and prosecute him regardless.

Great video. The part I disagree with is saying the police shouldn't enforce the law. That is wrong. There shouldn't be a law against this.

The police are doing their job, and I applaud them for that. It is our lawmakers that have failed us.

The police officer was simply doing his job. You know, if he has a wife and kids at home, he cannot make an exception and not make the arrest, he is simply doing his job. No point in getting fired over this. He does not make the laws, but has to enforce them. Now, moving ahead, how exactly is this going to get weed legal?
