I was so moved and heartened by the events of 4th November in the USA that I put together a slide show of images of some of the struggle of African Americans for civil rights. With Labi Siffre's wonderful song 'Something Inside So Strong'. Congratulations to American voters on their choice of President and to my black brothers and sisters in America for achieving this huge milestone in their struggle against discrimination.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.......great sing , great video, used in the right context........now let me think of that other song...
"Hey, Ronnie Reagan, I'm black and I'm pagan. I'm gay and I'm left and I'm free. I'm a non-fundamentalist environmentalist. Please don't bother me." and the same goes for that mad dog war criminal Bush.

And when Obama got to the White House (interesting name, no?) he immediately started to take our rights away, and carry on the hard work started by Reagan, the Bushes, and Clinton before.
