Yes its true, its still happening in India. Although the situation looks so good from the outside the inside is getting rotten more and more. The higher castes leaders, visionaries think damn about dalits and life is getting more worse than ever. Mayawati is the only hope to escape from this feudal kingdom..and i know the comments here will confirm what the big brats think about her and dalits.

@indrajeet You are so right! Therefore it is important that Sikhs speak out against this injustice whenever they witness these practices of discrimination, otherwise they are just Hindus in a heard-wrap...otherwise known as hypocrites.

Humans will always find a way to make groups to ride on each others back, either it be caste, money, language or skin color.So stop saying this happened here and that there.Stop whining and crying like a looser.You will never be free or may be you are already and wish to see others be enslaved in the web of self pity. @FareezLovesMe I'll answer all your questions , just tell me where are you from..?. I am an SC ,So don't lecture me on the ground conditions. Many of my relatives lived in poverty and some do even today.I have seen them school their children and their kids getting jobs and changing their families. You preach misery and alienation. You are a underground propaganda con artist. I know the likes of you who concentrate on past and gain leadership through hate and anger as tools.
