this solder was purchased from KMS Tools in Coquitlam BC it can be purchased at any welding shop I am sure if you don't have a KMS near you....

@BasiliskBoy .........this 3/16's automotive brake line tubing .....dont get the stuff that has the anti-corrosion green painted coating or you will have problems

Great video Rick, clear and to the point. I haven't tried this yet but its going to happen :)
So in your opinion Rick how strong are those soldiers? Have you tested it to see how much it will take to break?

as far as how strong these solder joints are they are pretty strong i had a hard body fj cruiser that i soldered a full exo cage for and it took many tumbles down the rocks out here on the coast to be honest with you it took a tumble one day and it was one of the mig weleded joints that popped i never had a solder joint break ....if you want more strength you can allways cut and place some 1/8 Inch solid rod inside the tubeing at joints be sure to flux all that you want soldered

What is that tool that you're using to hold the peices for you? It's like a 3rd hand. I need one of them. I can't solder worth a turd without one of them.
