@KetchupAndMustard55 Actually it was ink from a pen. You can tell that it's a pen at 1:56 since the point for writing is seen in the front easily. Also I agree, Ernest could have gotten sick from the ink since he wiped the ink off his mouth and face with a piece of paper then ate it.
