OFIPickles: Nikols Pikols

My new business dream involves eventually opening a Nikols Pikols food truck. In order to get started, I have to establish myself by selling my pickles locally until I have the funds to start the truck. I have figured out that I'll need $3,000 in start up for all supplies needed to get this company off the ground. Each pickle takes 6 months to reach it's maximum tastiness level, so I applied for a kickstarter page, and if it works, I can start spending every weekend for the next six months making new batches of pickles, so that by the summer I'll be armed and ready with enough jars of pickles to keep the masses happy.
