fuuuu... guys ginga at least 15 minutes every training, also work on your cover with hands, you probably wouldn't stand any chance against other capoeiristas who are not as good as you in floreiros. But nice acrobatics :)

o dia q isso for capoeira, eu não sei o q é capoeira.Vcs só viseram pulos nada mais , capoeira tem sua parte acrobatica mas ai vcs viseram acrobacias, achando q é capoeira, eu não sou bom com acrobacias mas eu sim posso dizer q faço capoeira, cultura e arte da minha terra BRASIL
