Hey man! I've enjoyed all of your videos about hand technique, specially this one! Your speed at this one it's just freakin awesome! I play drums for about 3 years, and still got problems with all those techniques... I practice them (ok, not so hard as I should) but it still feels like crap :\ and kinda don't know when to use each one properly. Great to see someone that achieved the objectives of practicing, haha cheers from Brazil bro, keep on rockin!

i do german grip palm down using my two fingers above my pinky no wrist will this get me to your speed?

GREAT ! ! ! vid man thanks i just have a question , i have pretty exceptional speed with my right hand but my left hand just feels really awkward, not nearly as fast as my right hand with this technique is there any way i should fix that ? please respond

I play with my wrist facing more up(with my palm facing down) and use my fingers from there, because I heard with your wrist to the side (like you're doing) it can cause carpal tunnel syndrome. Can I get as fast you using my technique or should I change?

When I'm palm down(match american grip) the engine is my pink and ring when I use this technique palm facing in(french) I use my index and middle finger as the engine.
The carpel tunnel comes from not being relaxed. I'm doing just fine and I've only gotten cleaner since I've posted these videos a year ago.
