  • This is not an Active Isolated Adductor Stretch because he is externally rotating (not keeping the foot vertical) and his foot out which then targets mostly hamstring.

    Again the second stretch is NOT an Adductor stretch because hes not on a massage table and moving at a 45 degree angle down and away keeping the foot vertical the whole time.

    This is a horrible representation of Active Isolated Stretching
