Ripping a Phonebook in Half 1st film

Thank you for showing how its done. I thought the technique were different until I nsaw your video. I once read how it whoudl be done but the images werent really illuminating, still i could rip phonebooks from sheer forearm power =) In this video im trying your way. Wow that was WAY too easy. I had to slow down and play as if its tough so my slow and bad cam could catch it, =)

I used to be able to rip phone books in half when I was a youngster...they were probably way way WAY smaller then! ;)

I bet you would be able to rip same as the one I ripped there.Just me some minutes to show how to prepare for a rip. There are 3 main technigues I know of : bend and slack tech, crack the back tech , and raw pinching force tech. First = easiest last = hardest =)

I might post vids in future with better quality also showing the slack and bend tech. Only time is against me right now. Having some armwrestling competitions and less time to play with strength feats.

Yea man, goto the BoyScout paper recycling dumpsters(the blue ones around town) and pull them out of there. I like to test handloads for my guns by shooting them(phonebooks)when wet thay approxamate human flesh for bullet penetration test, and thats were i get um.
