60 Days with Nat Jones review of Men's Fitness MMA Abs Workout
Want abs like MMA / UFC fighter GSP ( Georges St-Pierre ). Well Men's Fitness Magazine has the work out that will help you get to your goal.

I gave this workout 4.5 stars. It is a total ab / core workout out that will get you ripped like the MMA fighter. I found this workout in Men's Fitness 2010 February issue. The cover has CSI's George Eads on it. Check out www.60dayswithnatjones.com/workouts for more details.

  • you people are rediculous, imean cmon just cuz he aaint cut, youre gonna hassle him. He maty not have shredded abs, but he has a strong core, thats plain to see -_- besides, just cuz ya got a six pack doesnt mean your abs are strong

  • @SpearThroughanS You can't spot burn fat by doing ab exercises. Ab exercises will make your abs look bigger but you still need to burn fat to make them visible.

  • I think every man should do 100 push ups every morning to build muscle. I'm a kid and I can do it so everyone should be able to.

  • I used to make some jokes about arrow to the knee... then i took an ELBOW TO KNEE

  • @johnchilon bicycles are left elbow to right knee, right elbow to left knee...thai crunch is same elbow and leg

  • i probably couldnt last 45 minutes doing ab workouts, im done after planking for 1 min :/ haha great vid i dont know why ppl wud bash u on ur looks cus i wudnt fuck with u thats for sure ahah
