I think that Nica Nbarga's father was Cameroon and his mother a Nigeria. He was brought up in Nigeria and started his music career in Nigeria. He live most of his life in Nigeria and produced most of his records in Nigeria too. So he was both a Nigerian and a Cameroonean. But lets enjoy his music that is what matters.
