    I don't think it's fixed, but I know of a website that gives you the date and times and angles for your nearest approach

    another good site for orbital details: Search google for heavens-above Create an account and add your hometown to see information about visibility of satellites, iridium flares and the ISS. It's accurate almost down to the second

    - Heck yeah it's flying. It take 90 minutes to orbit the earth on the ISS so it would be going roughly a little over 16,000 MPH.

    This is just great. Does the ISS have a fixed orbit? Is there anyplace where I can get details of this orbit. It would be awesome to spot in from San Francisco.
