The recycled steel from the Twin Towers, if it meets quality standards, will be used to form the ship's "stem bar". That is part of the ship's bow, where the vessel cuts the water.
New York authorities have the awesome problem of disposing of the 1.62 million tons of rubble that went to the nearby Fresh Kills landfill from the World Trade Center site.
Some memorial sculptures made from recycled steel have been commissioned by the city, and tribute sculptures have now been erected in many civic, and private facilities throughout the country.

idk nothing abt country music cuz i am an indian who just got here from india like 6 yrs ago but this song reminds me of bootcamp...this is the song was playing && everyone was crying when we turned from "RECRUIT's" tO "SAILOR's"

As a very proud American and former Marine I'm very greatful for my fellow country men and women who have and who has paid the ultimate scarifice. I'm honored to be an American but my pride and loyally will always remind a United States Marine. I always say I don't have feelings well let me tell you that song and many others like it makes me tear up! Once a Marine always an American!!!

I gotta say, as a former Marine, that song always gets to me. I'm not a big fan of country music, but am a huge fan of the COUNTRY ! !
