@CT2507 Mu online came out before WoW, Cabal was around before WoW went super nuts. I didn't claim Aion was before WoW. I don't know gameplay-wise, but I disagree about the community. I have seen, heard, and witnessed too much BS on WoW to bother with it. Which is partially the reason why I have bounced from so many MMO's. Plus people take WoW way too seriously, not the environment for me sorry.

and wow has a good community. it has people of all ages.
the graphics may look dated, but the artwork is still one of the best around.
the game-play is the best. i tried all other games. no other beats wow in game-play.

@CT2507 I'm sorry, I have never played WoW and I refuse too. It looks too cartoonish, the community is trash, and it just looks dated. But what do I know? I just play private server of Cabal, Dekaron, Aion, and Mu online way back before WoW was even thought of.

@maniapa everquest and lineage was for the geeks. wow made mmo mainstream.
where is everquest now? it has no player base. but wow is still going strong.
