For the 1.0.0 update, put the mcforge, modloader and modloadermp stuff in minecraft.jar like normal, but put the other files (UNZIPPED) into the mods file in .minecraft.
Hope it helps :3

@meebleepe Are you that stupid? This is an older version of Redpower, with an older version of Minecraft, no shit it won't work. Go seek help at the Redpower forum thread, which I have kindly provided in the description.

@TheRussell747 Just a heads-up, this only works for 1.7.3 minecraft for 1.5 redpower, not for the newest version. I've already installed the newest version, so I may make a new guide.
The new version is this: put all the redpower downloads (keep them as zips) into .minecraft/mods folder, and put the rest of the mods into minecraft.jar.
Instead of TooManyItems, use NotEnoughItems. With NEI, you'll be able to see everything after getting the special patch (NEI download page).

@DarkenedDan ok, well i have a weird minecraft setup. i install mods all by themselves each on a new .minecraft, then if i like multiple, i make a new .minecraft with those mods all in it, so i have a folder with like 10 or 15 different .minecraft folders that i just renamed with all different mods installed in each one... so itll take me a few more minutes cause i have to transfer current files and make new ones and stuff :/ so im probably just gonna wait, cause i finally got BTB working :D

@TheRussell747 okay, i was just making sure that you install all the mods for redpower and redpower itself in one .minecraft folder.
So like modloader and minecraftforge in the .jar, and the redpower zips in the .minecraft/mods folder
