It is a bad method, it is like you trying to guess all the way through, you can never complete an accurate drawing this way

I am just learning to do portraits after years of painting in all sorts of medium. This is not an easy thing to do unless you are blessed with amazing talent such as yours. I so admired anyone who can just start drawing...at the eyes no less and come out with this kind of a finished product. Just in awe of your talent.

5/5 u got skills dude, but the composition isnt quite right, the left eye is too high and not enough shadow on the lid, otherwise amazing joB!
