Hey, Darkwizard Jockeh here the owner of this mage as mentioned in the end. Yes this was PRE-TBC, about 2-3 weeks before they released TBC and blizzard did let us get the new Talents before TBC came, that is why i was able to use the Water Elemental, hope this helped.

man when i was 60 level i was criting 2500:P you are really bad with mage!! you batter practice in a fast PVP server instant 80 with a mage then play blizzard !! if you are playing ...

This was actually my old mage (I'm Jockeh) and yes this is Pre TBC (Level 60).
I used to play on the server Boulderfist with this Mage in a guild called Wolfpack. Thanks for watching and commenting! :)

song: soil - breaking me down.
concerning damage: this is classic, i was a mage rang 13 (epic pvp gear) and i had 4.3k hp, which was nearly unbeatable for 99% of all players. now imagine him critting for 2k with a 2.5 sec cast... he is wearing rang 13 gear aswell btw.
thats why was horde, our pvp set was black with burning shoulder pieces, the ally set... well its pink.
