I wanted to get Guilmon, Veemon, and Agumon all on the same team but they all use the same legendary weapon :(

Did you talk to Repeating tom kid at Seiryu city in the seiryu tower you have to talk to him to to get the plot moving if you don't know where he is look at P9 of the walkthorugh
