Kiara Hargrove, a teacher at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore, Maryland, was surprised on November 15, 2007 with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award for being an outstanding teacher. Milken Family Foundation Chairman Lowell Milken made the surprise announcement in a schoolwide assembly, with dignitaries including Maryland Superintendent of Schools Dr. Nancy Grasmick. mr. headley doesn't do shit but crack jokes all day and mr. jutras, as cool as he is, he was bitchin when barney started throwin the combining the departments thing so ms. Hargrove deserved it, i mean, who else did?
