  • Hey! Maybe the track isn't released yet?!? You can find the original on Mylo's my-space account. With the right software you can record it while listening! ;)

  • @aff1993 Ja Rule - Murder Reigns

  • lol its funny how toto tryed to sue mylo for this, AFTER being told he sampled them

  • maybe there racist and don't like Mylo cus he's a Scottish guy lol, mylo and prydz/levin samples toto sucsessfully impo

  • and to add, mylo didnt get a sample replay or interpolation, and didnt get master clearance or publishing clearance for ANY of his songs on destroy rock and roll, he asked for permission, which seldom works with big artists, and if they refused, he went ahead. A good example: doctor pressure.

  • eric prydz didnt sample toto. Nobody has successfully sampled toto, because they have a no sampling policy, just like the beatles

  • Fair Use isnt clear about sampling, in Canada its supposed to be 4 seconds or less of the original recording, and alsowether the copyright expired or not. This doesnt apply though, different countried. If the sample was unrecognisable then yes, you can release it, but thats a grey area in law, can you release it because thats legal, or nobody will ever know?

  • Here's what I don't understand: isn't there a Fair Use policy? It's a few second loop. No way that can violate copyright.

  • apparently toto are being mean sods and have blanked mylo about this song when he asked to sample them. Which super sucks since they allowed Roger Sanchez and Eric Prydz and a bunch of hip hop artists sample there music, and all of the hip hop songs arent even using the samples very orignaly where as this is. Who else would think to loop that part of the song

  • i could send ya a copy, it could be a bootleg white label thingy, as it samples toto prominently
