@bargeraltamont Dude you are so wrong, that address is in North Miami Beach, Golden beach. connie francis lived in same area, between NMB and Hallandale. I am from Miami , I drove by it a million times, Criterian studio was in Miami, most of Clapton Solo, Alllman brothers, everyone in the 70s recorded in MIAMI.
