I strongly disagree with Oriely's opinion about cannabis, but i think he is correct about harder drugs. Although we do have a freedom to our own bodies, that freedom can be restricted if it conficts either directly or indirectly with other peoples freedom. For example people who use hard drugs tend to commit more crimes (*crimes agaisnt other people and society*) then those who dont, and those crimes can affect other people and their rights.

far more crimes are committed under the influence of alcohol than all other drugs combined. so your argument is to make alcohol illegal too?
