A great exercise for a warm-up or for cardio. Try for sets of 20 to 30 seconds with 30 seconds of rest.

  • demn it,. its half burpee,. it has HALF written on it before the burpee,. deym,.

  • @LordPepsi i have clearly done a burpee, a burpee you jump in the air come back land in push up position do a push bring you legs back in towards your chest and jump back up, this is cleary a squat thrust, a squat thrust you get into push up position and you feet go from the back to the chest to the back to the chest to the back, Wow i just described what oyu did in the video

  • @mcrolla102 hahaha are you serious? have you ever done a burpee? you bring your arms down, then do that (but with a pushup before you come back), then stand back up...i would like to see how you do them if you say this has nothing to do with them haha...oh, and with a squat thrust, you go down like you are doing a pushup as your legs go back...get your shit together before you try to sound smart...
