Residents of St. Louis took on the Marine combat fitness test at Cardinal Village during Marine Week in St. Louis, June 23. Marine Week provides an opportunity to increase public awareness of the Marine Corps' value to our nation's defense and to preserve and mature the Corps' relationship with the American people. • Wished our son(Amphibious Reconnaissance Battalion member), could have been included in the Marines who came to St Louis this week. Haven't seen him in over a year, but he has a job to do. He is now back in the state for some more training BUT we are NOT able to go see him. We are hoping the next 2yrs overseas for him will go quickly.

All of the Marines we have met have became our adopted sons & daughters.

Ooh-rah and Semper Fidelis to all of our sons brothers & sisters in the Marine Corps.

  • why is it that every marine video i go to someone always has to criticize the army or another branch, when they are all fighting the same fight? seriously, show some respect

  • OORAH Marines! (And to Future Marines.) The CFT is an ass-kicker! Even for the most physically fit!

  • I'm working on my humps, pull ups, pushups and cardio just so I could be ready to earn the title marine. Can't wait to enlist

  • looks like battlefield 4

  • @MrBenchpresser

  • @zakkalaska

That's still the way it is

  • this shit disgust me as much as my spelling fitness should be forced on people thank god im not in control of our control i say everyone must attend gym mon-fri and 20mins of cardio for sat-sun

  • easy...

  • I did this with pretty bad shin splints, the fireman carry and the half mile run killed but it was fun :)

  • Ugh. When I did this, we had to sprint a half mile in pants and boots, then 2 min break, then do 30 lb ammo can lifts in 2 minutes as fast as possible, then 2 min break, then the CFT course.
