Recettear Crystal Nightmare Boss Rush Part One

This is part one of two of one of my crystal nightmare boss rushes. It wasn't my smoothest but that's why i always take extra food just in case. The drops I got were pretty terrible - some of my worst ever, but at least I got some nice rare items from the chests afterwards. Normally i get at least 3 or 4 rare pieces of equipment from the bosses.

This is after the patch which made the bosses deal more damage and have more HP.

@Kerberoz01 It was the opposite for me. I beat 1-30 Crystal Nightmare with Fusion 2 or lower stuff and fairly reliably too. If you're careful, Louie is pretty much invincible if not for those damn swarming ropers on a double attack power or defense floor. Or you can just jump floors as soon as possible; I consider that cheating though.

What's your equip? Things get quite a bit easier once you get fusion 5 stuff. I never use Cailou or Tielle since they suck at dungeon crawling so I had to actually learn the pattern of these bosses, especially since I never bothered to get the 200 extra HP. Louie seems faster on bosses where you can't just mindlessly steamroll though.

Boss Rush is still easy with Tielle.

1-30 aren't, though. Random Number Generator can ruin your day there.

@mLegion yeah, it used to be easy. Now I can't get through a boss rush with level 99 characters. Before that, I ran over 20 times with no deaths and only got crap items. I can't complete crystal unless I get better items, so I think I'm putting this game down now. MMO-esque grinding for items with super low drop-rates is boring.

I already clear lapis ruins 2 times lol...
