Treatment for Borderline Personality disorder is practicaly the same as treating bipolar disorder. Bolth can be regulated with mood stabilisators, and the cognitive style is somewhat similar. Bolth disorders is mood regulation, and bolts disorders has stress as a trigger, and bolth disorders has a lot of anxiety attached to it.
The main difference is the time spam that the depression and manias are apparent, and the way that Borderline react is directly at a situation unlike Bipolar.
@EastofForever Highly treatable? That statement is highly questionable. Firstly BPD is not a disease. It's not an illness. Yes the experiences are real, but its not a disease or illness. The whole 'chemical imbalance' theory has zero evidence to support it. There is no evidence of any brain defect. So treating these concerns with chemicals is not treatment.
Therapy works the best and as was stated in the vid, BPD can lead to major emotional shifts, so controlling your emotions controls the BPD
Hey I missed your video on what you did about not having insurance. I dont have insurance and i can't afford medication or therapy but I make people uncomfortable with my antisocial behavior so employment is always shakey which is my own fault I accept that but I feel if I could feel half as good as you seem to have in this year I would do alot better in life.

Yes, from what I've read it's highly treatable.
But, the trick is getting the bpd person to stop denial that they have it.
And God help the person (me) who tells them they have bpd!
