I ride the green line a lot. I would like it if it was extended to Ohare and in the southside extend it to Midway.

That would be a beautiful ride wouldn't it? Complete view of the city. I live at irving park & lakeshore & sometimes will take the irving bus down to the blue line ride to ohare & back just to do it. It's weird I guess, it's calming to me.

this is really nice, the music and the scenery. I think the same snow storm that you guys had, same thing happenned in Toronto but twice as much snow. Yup definitely around this time of year its almost always cloudy and depressing from November to April i don't blame ya. sun goes down early and comes up late too

I took this trip out to Oak park, great ride, tho some of the stations we stopped at on the way looked like quite depressed areas. None the less Chicago is a great City, nevermind New York this place is the tops!

Chicago is really really pretty and so buzzling and lively, and magical, especially at night when those sky scrapers are lit with different colours. I love that train going around the downtown on elevated tracks and all those different sky scrapers and other colourful buildings around, it looks really amazing. I love Chicago !!!! =) when I visited the city in October it was bright and sunny every day, really pretty autumn =) and that was my only visit to the city :( I miss Chicago...

@Wehategod yes, there were. but when the CTA took over the whole system in the 60s, it closed down about 100 stations meaning less tracks.

I love the EL. It gives you a whole new look of the city. I'm trying to move there so I can ride the EL everyday but apartment complexes don't like me for some reason since I'm willing to pay six months advance in rent.
