There are two ways you can speed up songs. One way is to take the original music video and speed it up using WMM. That's what I did with this video. [The original is still on my account ;)] That speeds up the clips and the music. If you want to speed up only the MUSIC, however, you need a sound editor. I use Audacity (it's open-source). Do a quick Google search and you'll find it ^.^
