  • I was there too!!! Happy Birthday to me lol

  • @TheCathyBean hello! I'm sorry for the birthday, I remember hearing that someone had the cake, but I did not realize it was for a birthday:-O

  • this is why i dont take elevators. i can run down 10 floors in 2mins lol.

  • @stefanybody wow you are really fast!

  • Ever think that perhaps it did not take an hour for firefighters to arrive? Perhaps, it took sometime to secure the elevator to prevent further movement and ensure the safety of the passengers and the firefighters. Being a firefighter myself, and being trained in elevator rescue, I know that it can take sometime before it is safe to operate on top of or around a stuck occupied elevator. Before people bitch about the time, think about what is needs to be done before the people can be rescued.

  • @FireEMTfighter

I thank the firefighters, they were fantastic! I know that they arrived earlier, but we were still locked up in a bad situation!

I never tire of repeating They were fantastic!

I felt protected when they have helped me to get out on the roof and enter the new elevator.

it's not their fault, but we were scared!

  • Those elevator needs upgraded with air condition normally...

  • You cant afford to see your sister in chelsea or your cousin in roxbury

  • Imagine if there was an axe murderer in there.

  • "Thank you to ride with MTA... Elevators."

  • Y'all are glad you didn't have me to deal with. I'd spaaaaaaaz out if that happened to me.

  • That little girl had colored panties on.

  • @dieselducy They had no key to turn on and off the elevator, you know what I'm talking about !

  • This is hard to watch. Did any of these people receive settlements from the MTA? Also, how did everyone seem to keep so calm? I'm amazed by everyones composure.

  • I remember I got stuck in an elevator once and someone said "hey have you guys seen the movie devil?"
