Structural Integration enthusiast Michael Gates, a client of Ruthie Streiter at ConsciousBody NYC, describes how our bones are suspended in a matrix of tensional force.

Conscious Body, created by Ruthie in 2008 and located in New York City, offers education and healing for humans engaging in journeys of positive change. Ruthie is a Practitioner of Structural Integration, which is the invention of Dr. Ida P. Rolf. This is a specialized method of hands-on manipulation of the body that stretches and realigns the soft tissue in order to improve human structure and function.
