I have to be honest Ms. Iris, your workouts/ exercises show more results than the hundreds of "professional" workouts out there today. I've always kept fitness in my daily life so I can definitely vouch that these are exercises that work. And J-Lo has nothin on you mama! trust me. Awesome job, I applaud you for all of your hard work! XO

I'm adding this to my routine! But I have to ask you, when you're doing these kind of exercises, how do you keep from getting bored? I think that's the main reason I fizzle out of my routine so often. Maybe I should put on a movie while I work out.

@CallistoKumo You need 3 things:
1) A form of keeping track of the number of sets and reps you should complete. (ex: Notebook or electronic method)
2) Music or a movie for background noise-Not one that requires your 100% attention.
3) Mirror to ensure proper form.
You won't be as bored :)
