Heres an extra tip,
on the show DRs wich is one of the most famous show for all your medical needs (helped a blind person see, a bald girl grow hair, made a fat person skinny) a guy said just for achne on your back wich is also called bachne let your partner (gf/wife/friend) or yourself scrub, white viniger on your back, i am not 100% sure this works but what do you have to lose....
