axe kick in the air is a little less dammage than 3 hit fireball i guess hes doing it cause it can be little delayed the 3 hit fire has to be more strictly thrown

@SillyPeasant As Guile, you can hold up to escape it, or press f + LP to make it whiff for a punish. The former is definitely risky as shit, whereas the latter is the safer option.
