That's a complete lie. They spent time at an alternative school, then spent 2 weeks in in-school suspension, away from the general student population. they had to fulfill certain obligations before allowed to return to school.

Here's a video of Robert Bailey Jr, one of the so-called "Jena 6," he has been receiving tens of thousands of dollars in CASH donations, which he keeps at home in his bedroom.

He was bragging about it on MySpace and put pics of himself rolling around with 100 dollar bills, and putting them in his mouth... they've since been taken down but here they are in all their glory.
