NASTY neighbor.

This video is of bill dodd, owner of Hilcrest orchard in Henrietta Township in Lorain County Ohio. He owns over 180 acres and is such a nasty neighbor, he has to put his trash just feet from our property line. Acutally, this video shows where he put his garbage in our yard.
I can not imagine a person being so miserable that he has to be so passive-aggressive. He is an A-Hole.

I dont understand what the problem is. It's his property and he can do what he likes with it. That includes storing his stuff on it up to the property line. If you have a problem with the view beyond your own property line i would suggest you stop spending money on pools, basket ball courts, trampolines and water gardens and spend some money to build a fucking fence. If he's doing it to be a jerk neighbour you have to stop and ask yourself why someone would do that.

@klextro Ask myselft why would someone do that? That's the million dollar question. When we moved here, I didn' t know a single neighbor but my hubby knew a few including this neighbor. Apparently, this neighbor is holding on to some grudge he had from HIGH SCHOOL which was OVER 30 years ago. Some people just can't grow up. As far as what we purchase, it's our money and we work hard for it. Dodd gave us a great fence by not mowing. Language was real grow up by the way..;)

So, I felt it was necessary to update the 'nasty neighbor' issue. Dodd has decided not to mow just at the property line, and truthfully, at first we were really upset. THEN, we found that his not mowing was a blessing in disguise. The tall grass has made an amazing privacy fence which we were going to build but he saved us THOUSANDS of dollars; thanx dodd. Also, it cuts down on wind which has been really helpful. We pray he NEVER mows again. Laughs on you dodd.....LOL LOL LOL

@Stalicone Actually, it has been taken care of. The zoning regulations are quite clear. I would encourage you to get a copy if you would like more details. We have tried to talk to Bill to try to put an end to the bad feelings but he just doesn't seem interested. We started off great then it went South real fast over something so silly. It's all good though. Thank you for the compliment; we work hard to keep ours looking neat and tidy.
