  • Very similiar to how I've been doing them, only I make two templates and put them on top of each other with spacers every 3 inches or so apart, that eliminates the flat spots you get in between the ribs.

  • that is some nice work, very safely done.

  • Why don't you use a ring fence or better still a ball bearing race instead of a rub collar it gives a much smoother feed.

  • Nice Job, Although I prefer to use a vacuum bag so only a few clamps are necessary.
