thats how mine is to! i'm kinda working on it and try you make your back more bent and try imagining that your feet are suppose to touch your hands... that helps me

Hmm..you keep mentioning that you are scared. That is why gymnastics is best started very young; young kids are pretty fearless, and havent learned to be afraid yet. If you have alot of fear, its very difficult to do gymnastics.

When you land try to get your feet to land close to your hands. A big arch makes it easier to pull yourself up when you land. Practice just trying to land in a bridge and then try pulling yourself up. Another thing I find helpful when coming up is to keep your arms locked and reach as you come out of your bridge it helps keep you centered.
btw by big arch i mean having your feet really close to your hands not really far from them if tht makes sense.

Ok thank you! I will try that next week when I go to gymnastics. One of the main things is I get scared, but I don't get scared on a mat. Yeh I think one of the main things is I go to flat when I don't arch enough.
I will try getting my feet as close to my hands as possible.

About the fear thing: Nadia Comaneci said "There is no room for fear in gymnastics". Think about that. Make your weaknesses into strengths.

ok I will try that. It somehow does help and makes it more motivational when I have harsh comments (I don't just mean like 'you're rubbish). It makes me want to try harder because that is what a coach would do. I think I actually like being pushed! haha

hey! i just learned how to do a front walk over. Just keep your arms strong and use your center to pull up. first try flipping, then landing, then pulling up. eventually it will just become 1 motion. I have a video of me doing one if you want to see what i mean...good luck!

Yeh thanks, I looked on your channel but you haven't uploaded one yet. I have been doing loads of abs exercises so that I might be stronger and be able to pull up more. What do you mean when you said first try flipping?
