@Vechi34 Same here, pal. This is a very... interesting short, and I'll admit it gave the willies a bit when I was a youngin'. However, I now appreciate the satire and political humor in it.

@jacobh1995 The DVD was a great find. It's still considered pretty rare I think, but it's demand is coming back. It's a pitty yours isn't working anymore.

i first saw this on cartoon network's o' canada in like 1999...thought id never see it again. thanks for the upload

That's where I first saw it, and it took me a few years to track it down, but I eventually found it one a very rare dvd called "Animation Greats." The DVD was running around nearly 100 bucks.
I'm hoping that someday soon they will release O' Canada on DVD.
