@MrRedtiger288 No idea. He MIGHT have been named after a German mercenary called Gotz von Berlichingen (a folk hero who led a band of mercenaries, lost his arm in a battle and used a metal prosthetic arm after that. Sound familiar?), but I like hbi2k's explanation too. XD
