Not defending the old man but the bearded guy is a liar. If his dog was not getting in the old man's yard then why was she eating the meat with needles in it. Should have been a responsible pet owner and kept his dog in his yard instead of letting her run around the neighborhood.

All the stuff you see on this subject of people inflicting cruelty on animals just shows what is wrong with humanity. Humans will do any horrible thing that they are likely to get away with.
