My phone doesnt work anymore the touch screen completely stopped working the touch screen isnt very good anyways! Phone sucks! :p save ur money

My phone recently stopped working... It freezes all the time and restarts every 5 minutes.. I didn't even drop it or get water in it.. :/

I finally got it off by using one of those gripper things and pushing down and away from the top of the phone. I took the battery out for like ten seconds, but it back in, and it worked fine. Good luck. =|

It's cute but it really sucks. Mine froze up while trying to receive a pic message last night. It has been stuck on the same screen no matter what I do, and of COURSE the back of the phone is impossible to get off. So I can't even take the battery out to reset it. And it won't turn off. Great.
