how much weight do professional soccer players lift at leg press and on leg extension? i heard it was about 2.5 X your body weight in a fast motion to simulate explosivness, but that exercise at 5:17 is a bit different. which one is better?

Thanks for the comment! Actually his foot position is just fine. The landing platform is slanted at a 45 degree angle which takes much of the pressure of the patella (knee).
