I don't normally reply to comments on youtube, but for all you haters, talk is cheap. Some of you can make all the assumptions you want but Mike Hara is a class act and IMO the best drug-free 165 bencher, if not the best 165er period. This man would smash you with or without a bench shirt. I've trained with Mike over a hand full of times and he is the real deal.
