very good i alsostudy hypnosis im ok but still learning only been doing it 2 years but ive come across more people its worked on then not and when it works it works wen i first hypnotised a mate to quit smoking and become addicted thin air. i mite say my mate smoked for 14 years and never tryed to quit once after 45 minutes he has and still not smoking that did it for me
